Simply You Wellness was founded by Dr. Tara Harding, DNP, FNP-C, out of both professional passion and personal experience. What began in her basement while she worked in rural healthcare has grown in just four years to serve patients across five states. The clinic was created to reimagine healthcare—going beyond “your labs are fine” to uncover the root causes of health concerns rather than masking symptoms.
The team provides comprehensive services, including women’s and men’s health, fertility and reproductive care, pediatrics, mental health, IV therapy, regenerative medicine, hormone health, and ultrasound services, with both inperson and telemedicine options.
Appointments are intentionally longer, and care plans are highly personalized to make sure patients feel heard and supported.
