Paramount Builders is owned and led by Jarred and Scott, two longtime friends whose shared passion for construction has shaped one of the Bismarck-Mandan area’s most respected building companies. The pair first met while studying construction management at North Dakota State University, where their mutual drive and vision for quality homebuilding sparked a friendship that would later become a partnership. After graduation, both gained valuable experience in the industry and eventually reconnected in Fargo, where they realized they wanted to bring their skills back home to make a difference in their own community.
That shared goal brought them to Bismarck, Jarred’s hometown, where they founded Paramount Builders in 2007. What started as a dream to build a better kind of construction company has grown into a fullservice firm known for its integrity, craftsmanship, and customer-first mindset. From the beginning, Jarred and Scott have believed that the best projects are built on trust. They approach every home and commercial build with clear communication, a solutions-oriented attitude, and a deep respect for the people they serve.
