After officially taking ownership in September 2024, Lori and Kyleigh are thrilled to introduce themselves as the proud owners of Sunkissed Tanning Salon. Since reopening, they’ve poured their hearts into creating a warm, welcoming space where every client feels valued, empowered, and eager to return.
Originally from Las Vegas, Lori and Kyleigh have called Bismarck-Mandan home for the past 14 years. Their shared vision for Sunkissed grew from a passion for beauty, connection, and confidence. In 2023, Kyleigh made the bold move back to Las Vegas to attend nail school, later returning to Bismarck as a Master Manicurist. Her creativity and precision have quickly earned her recognition—along with an impressive 2 awards from the 2025 Bismarck Best of the Best, including Best Nail Technician and Best Nail Salon.
Lori, meanwhile, balances her many projects alongside her husband, Tracy, but says her heart belongs to Sunkissed. She especially enjoys the chance to work with her daughter and witness daily transformations that make clients feel their absolute best.
The salon features eight tanning beds, one red light therapy bed, and a custom spray tan room staffed by talented artists Lori, Kyleigh, Maria, and Jen. It’s also home to permanent jewelry services, Nails by Kyleigh, and a boutique filled with stylish swimsuits, sunglasses, hats, clothing, and jewelry.
Sunkissed is a community built on kindness, connection, and care. That dedication has already earned the team a 2025 Bismarck Community Votes Platinum Award for Best Tanning Salon and recognition as a Bismarck Best of the Best Favorite At Sunkissed, clients become family, and everyone leaves glowing.
