“Our menu was not developed overnight; we created the best sandwich in the area by working tirelessly with Vu Truong, the original Grand Junction founder, and our fry process was overhauled with local legend, Reza Kamranian, owner of the former local favorite, Reza’s Pitch,” Colton Shoults said.
