Theo Art School, led by Executive Director Liliana Norby, has been fostering creativity in the BismarckMandan community for over 30 years. Founded in 1992, Theo Art School provides art education for all ages, from toddlers to centenarians, through classes, camps, and events. The school is committed to making art accessible to everyone with low-cost tuition, full scholarships, and all art supplies included.
With the mission of “Art for All—Sharing the Love of Art,” Theo Art School offers a range of programs that encourage artistic expression and personal growth. The school also engages in community outreach by providing free art opportunities to disadvantaged individuals and partners with local nonprofits, businesses, and schools.
