Kate’s Poperella began as a hobby in Palmyra, PA, where founder Kaitlyn Ekren created sweet treats for family and friends. After moving to Bismarck in 2016, Kaitlyn and her husband Matt rebuilt the business from the ground up, turning it into a thriving treat for North Dakota. Known for their custom cake pops, cake balls, and flavored puppy chow, Kate’s Poperella specializes in desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
