Paramount Builders is led by co-owners Jarred and Scott, whose combined experience and backgrounds in construction set them apart in the Bismarck-Mandan area. The two met while studying construction management at NDSU and later reunited at a construction company in Fargo. Their shared vision for quality and client-focused service led them back to Jarred’s hometown of Bismarck, where they founded Paramount Builders to make an impact on local home and commercial construction.
