The Capital Gallery, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, has been dedicated to celebrating North Dakota’s art, history, and culture since 2016. Located in downtown Bismarck, the gallery offers free public access to high-end exhibitions showcasing over 80 regional artists. With a mission to support local talent, the majority of sales go directly to the artists.
The gallery hosts numerous receptions and events, including its Annual Art Gala, one of Bismarck’s largest arts fundraisers. The Capital Gallery also runs an annual Student Art Show which awards scholarships to high school art students. As a community-focused organization, the gallery brings thousands of visitors downtown.
